Request the deletion of your personal data and of the information associated with your connected accounts.

Your right. Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and OCC's Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time, without having to give a reason.

What data we delete

When you request deletion, we will delete:

Your OneClickContent account and the associated profile data.
The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) access tokens we have stored.
The Google Ads and YouTube tokens connected from your brand's Channels.
TikTok connection credentials and data OCC retains about the authorized account.
LinkedIn permissions and stored data for the verified brand, including personal profile and Page connections.
The OAuth tokens, SMTP passwords and API keys of connected email accounts.
The contacts, lists, segments, templates, campaigns and email marketing metrics associated with your brand.
The content you uploaded to the platform.
The AI-generated content created from your instructions.
The metrics, logs and usage history linked to your account.

What we keep

Due to legal obligations, we keep for the legally required period:

Billing data: 10 years, as required by Argentine tax regulations.
Minimal security logs: those needed to investigate incidents and prevent fraud.

How long it takes

Google data is deleted within 7 calendar days from the request, after verifying identity. Other data is processed within 10 business days after validation. We send you an email confirmation when it is complete.

Request

LinkedIn: erase its data while keeping OCC

Choose “LinkedIn only” and identify the brand. After verifying your identity and the scope, we remove that brand's profile and Page connections and erase its stored LinkedIn data, including connection copies, operations and receipts. Your OCC account, other networks and the original text and files you supplied are preserved.

The request stays under review until local copies and older encrypted backups have been checked. Disconnecting alone does not complete deletion. Restoring OCC requires a new LinkedIn authorization; it does not reactivate previous permissions. Posts already published on LinkedIn are managed on LinkedIn and are not removed by this request.

Prefer to do it by email?

Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion — OCC". It works the same way.

TikTok: remove permission and delete OCC's copies

You can remove OCC's access from TikTok by following its connected-app instructions. Revoking that permission cuts access in TikTok; deleting copies retained in OCC is a separate support process with identity verification and the periods stated above.

To delete only the TikTok connection and its data while keeping your OCC account and other connections, email [email protected] from your OCC account email and explicitly state «TikTok only». The form above supports general, Google or LinkedIn deletion; do not use it for a request limited to TikTok. Removing that connection does not delete your OCC editorial pieces or videos already posted on TikTok, which you manage through TikTok.

Also revoke access from Facebook

If you want to cut OCC's access to your Meta accounts immediately, without waiting for us to process the request, you can revoke the permissions directly from:

Facebook → Settings → Business integrations → Find "OneClickContent" → Remove.

That action cuts OCC's access to your Meta data immediately. Deleting the data we have already stored still requires a request through this form or by email.

Also disconnect your email

In your brand, open Email → Provider → Disconnect and delete credentials (the app shows it in Spanish: Email → Proveedor → "Desconectar y borrar credenciales"). OCC deletes its copies of email tokens, keys and passwords immediately. You can also revoke access from the security section of your Google or Microsoft account. Deletion of contacts, campaigns and other account data is processed through this request.
