1. Who we are and what these terms apply to
The OneClickContent service ("OCC", "the Service", "the Platform") is provided by:
- Owner: Alejandro Daniel Franco Zarza
- Tax ID (CUIT): 20-26025056-4
- Legal address: Chaco 965, Corrientes, Argentina
- Email: [email protected]
The Owner reserves the right to transfer OCC's operations, assets and obligations to a legal entity that may be incorporated in the future. In that case, these Terms will remain in force with the corresponding replacement of the Owner, and Users will be notified reasonably in advance.
These Terms form a binding contract between you ("User") and the Owner. Together with the Privacy Policy, they constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
2. What OCC is
OCC is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users and businesses to:
- Generate social media content (texts, images, editorial calendars, creative briefs) using artificial intelligence.
- Connect Meta accounts (Facebook and Instagram) to publish, schedule and manage content (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
- View metrics and statistics of connected Pages and accounts.
- Manage Meta ad campaigns through the Marketing API, when that feature is available.
- Connect Google Ads (read access to accounts, campaigns and metrics; linking with your agency's manager account if you confirm it; campaign changes are disabled by default, are enabled per brand and each one requires prior approval) and YouTube (read access to the channel and uploading videos as private).
- Connect your own TikTok account and review original videos and their options. Direct Post was approved on October 16, 2026; each release requires your review and confirmation. Manual delivery remains available.
- Connect each brand's own mailbox or email provider and manage contacts, consent, templates, campaigns, scheduling, unsubscribes and metrics.
The owner of each brand may authorize one or more agencies to operate it within OCC, with limited permissions that the owner can revoke at any time; each agency acts only within those permissions. The platform administrator may access it for support and operation of the service.
3. Registration and account
To use OCC you need to create an account and provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
To use OCC you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
4. Commercial terms
OCC does not run automatic or recurring charges from the Platform: it does not bill by subscription or manage credits or usage plans within the Service. Price, payment method, frequency and currency are agreed separately and directly with each client, outside the Platform.
Any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction and the consequences of an unsettled payment (including suspension or termination of access) are governed by what was agreed in that separate contract, not by an automatic OCC mechanism.
If OCC incorporates charges, credits or subscriptions managed from the Platform in the future, this section will be updated before they are activated, in accordance with clause 17 (Changes to the Terms).
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use OCC in good faith and in accordance with the law. You will not use the platform to:
- Generate or distribute content that violates third-party rights (intellectual property, image, honor, privacy).
- Generate sexually explicit, graphically violent, discriminatory, hateful or harassing content, or content that promotes illegal activities.
- Generate content that impersonates real people without their consent.
- Generate deepfakes, non-consensual pornography or material that sexualizes minors.
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing or any malicious content.
- Import purchased lists, lists obtained without permission or without a verifiable source of consent.
- Send emails with a misleading identity, without an unsubscribe option or in breach of applicable rules and provider policies.
- Publish deliberate disinformation or content designed to manipulate electoral or public health processes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to access OCC's source code or infrastructure.
- Share your account with third parties, except for multi-user access expressly enabled by OCC.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
- Violate Meta's policies (Facebook and Instagram Community Standards, Meta Advertising Policies, Platform Terms).
Important: breaching Meta's policies may lead Meta to suspend your Page, Instagram account or ad account, without OCC being able to intervene. You are directly responsible for the content published from your connected accounts.
6. User content
6.1. You own your content
The content you upload to OCC and the content generated by the platform from your instructions is yours. OCC claims no ownership over your content.
6.2. License you grant us
So that we can provide the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license, limited to the time your account is active, to store, process, transmit, display and publish your content to the extent strictly necessary to perform the functions you requested. This license does NOT include OCC's right to use your content to train, refine or improve artificial intelligence models, its own or third parties'.
6.3. Responsibility for your content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for what is published from your connected accounts through OCC. You represent that you hold all the necessary rights to that content and that its use does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
7. AI-generated content
OCC uses Google Gemini from its server only to generate images. Text production is assisted by the team's connected AI assistant, according to the agreed service and under the account and terms of the assistant's operator. The website currently does not include a self-service automatic text generator. Please keep in mind that:
- AI-generated content may contain factual errors, biases or inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to review everything generated before publishing it.
- OCC does not guarantee the absolute uniqueness or originality of the generated content.
- OCC does not guarantee that the generated content is free of third-party rights (for example, that generated images do not resemble protected works). You are responsible for the commercial use you make of it.
- When you publish AI-generated content on platforms that require disclosing it (such as Meta Ads under certain rules), you are responsible for complying with that disclosure obligation.
8. Connecting Meta accounts
When you connect your Pages, Instagram Business accounts or ad accounts to OCC:
- You authorize OCC to perform the actions that correspond to the permissions you accepted in the Facebook Login for Business flow.
- OCC acts strictly as a tool operated by you or by the agency you authorized, within the permissions you gave it: posts, ads and actions executed through the platform are deemed to have been performed by you as the owner of the connected accounts.
- You can revoke access at any time from your business integrations settings on Facebook. When you do, OCC will lose the ability to operate on those accounts.
- If Meta suspends, restricts or blocks your account, OCC is not responsible and cannot handle the appeal on your behalf.
9. Email connection and campaigns
Gmail sending requires permission from Google and must be enabled in OCC. When you connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, SMTP or another available provider:
- You authorize OCC to use that connection only for the functions you chose. Gmail campaigns request only basic identity and sending. Reading, searching and replying inside OCC are postponed. We do not import contacts or use Gmail mailbox messages for AI analysis or training.
- An inbox reply uses the text you wrote and is sent only after we show you the exact recipient, conversation and content and receive your confirmation.
- A campaign is only scheduled or sent after an explicit confirmation within OCC.
- You represent that you are entitled to use the sender and that each recipient has a valid legal basis or consent. You are responsible for the list, the content and applicable compliance.
- Quota, reputation, availability and any charges remain with the connected external mailbox or account.
- You can disconnect the integration and delete its credentials from OCC. Prior unsubscribes are kept to prevent new unauthorized sends.
10. OCC intellectual property
The software, design, brand, code, documentation, database and other elements that make up OCC are the property of the Owner and are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the Service does not transfer any rights over them to you, except for the limited license of use under these Terms.
11. Third-party services
OCC integrates third-party services (Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare as network and CDN, and the email providers each brand connects with its own credentials, such as SMTP, Resend or Amazon SES). The AI assistant connected by the team is governed by its operator's account and terms. Use of those features is additionally subject to those third parties' terms. OCC is not responsible for interruptions, errors or changes in third-party services that affect the operation of the platform.
If you use OCC's YouTube features (connecting your channel, reading its data or uploading a video), you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. For Google features (Ads and YouTube), the Google Privacy Policy also applies to you, together with OCC's Privacy Policy.
TikTok connection and publication
When you connect your own TikTok account, you authorize OCC to identify it and request publication of the video or photos you review and explicitly confirm. OCC queries the creator's current options and requires a privacy choice and acceptance of the applicable conditions before sending. TikTok approved Direct Post on October 16, 2026. Release requires an enabled environment and the account's publishing permission. Review testing is conducted separately in Sandbox using authorized accounts and private publication. You can confirm an immediate release or schedule it for a chosen time; OCC checks the account and approved content again before sending. Basic statistics and native drafts are optional features, available only with their approved permissions and your account's consent.
Statistics show profile totals and the views, likes, comment counts and shares of your own public videos. Native drafts deliver media to your TikTok inbox so you can finish editing and publish from TikTok. A video draft transfers the file only and OCC provides the caption for copying. That delivery does not constitute publication or mark the piece as published in OCC.
You are responsible for holding the rights to the video and its music, disclosing commercial content and AI when required, and complying with TikTok's policies. You can remove authorization in TikTok; deleting data retained in OCC requires a separate data deletion request. Neither action deletes videos already published on TikTok.
12. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates or fixes that cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from these interruptions, except as required by law.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1. Termination by the User
You may request account closure by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your OCC account. Support handles the request after verifying your identity; account settings currently do not include an account cancellation button. The service termination date is governed by your agreement with OCC (section 4). Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
13.2. Suspension or termination by OCC
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You make fraudulent use of the service.
- Your activity puts other users, OCC or its infrastructure at risk.
- A competent authority orders us to.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- OCC is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties beyond those imposed by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or reputational damage.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid OCC in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them to be limited.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and OCC from any third-party claim arising from: (i) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, (ii) the content you uploaded or published through OCC, (iii) the violation of third-party rights by your activity, (iv) violations of Meta's policies committed through accounts connected to your OCC.
16. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for failures resulting from force majeure events: outages of external providers, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, government decisions, armed conflicts, pandemics or any other event beyond reasonable control.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. When the changes are substantial, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. If you continue using the service after they take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your account.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with the service will be submitted to the ordinary courts sitting in the City of Corrientes, Argentina, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
If you are a consumer and the law grants you the right to litigate in your jurisdiction of residence, that right prevails.
19. General provisions
- Severability: if any clause is declared invalid, the rest remains in force.
- Assignment: you may not assign your account without our prior consent. OCC may assign these Terms in the event of a transfer of the business.
- Notices: we notify you at the email registered in your account. You notify us at [email protected].
- Entire agreement: these Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreement.
